Driver Education At Success we teach young people and adults to drive. The course includes 16 days of classroom (2 hours a day), 7 hours behind the wheel, and 7 hours of observation. This course may provide an insurance discount.

Adult driving Lessons Adults may take the teen adult course above, or have private lessons behind the wheel with no classroom time. Private lessons are by appointment only.           

Drug and Alcohol Driver Awareness Program (DADAP) This course is offered as part of the Driver Education course or can be taken alone. Students enrolled in the Driver Education course can purchase a DADAP certificate and receive an additional insurance discount with most insurance companies. Cost: with Driver Education course $25.00, DADAP course alone, without Driver Education course $50.00.

Permit Test We provide students the option of taking the written permit test at some of our locations. We deliver the documents to the DPS and pickup the instruction permit, saving the student a trip to the DPS. Some students will be unable to test with us and will be required to test at the DPS office. Cost: with Driver Education course: $25.00 plus $5.00 DPS permit fee.

Defensive Driving/Ticket Dismissal We offer classes on the first Saturday of the month at our Katy/CyFair location and the third Saturday of the month at our Hwy 6 location. Classes are from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch break, and finish in one day. Schedule: Katy/CyFair location - 1st Saturday of the month. Hwy 6 location - 3rd Saturday of the month. Cost: $30.00.

Defensive Driving/Ticket Dismissal Online The online course is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Click here to enroll. Cost: $25.00.

State Certified Our driving school is licensed by the Texas Education Association, license numbers C1825, C1825A, and C1825B. All of our instructors are licensed Driver Education Instructors by the Texas Education Association.
